Over all experience was pretty...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: As nice as the room was the magnetic door lock didn’t work properly. You had to really hit the door when you hear the click to open the door. The neighbors said it has been like that for awhile so not sure why something so important like the lock wasn’t fixed. It was a real pain to have to hit the door with my shoulder just to get into my room. Again although everything was good I did t think I should have been given a room with a defective lock. The office was closed by the time I got back to my room so I would have been in big trouble if I couldn’t get in.

Disliked: My problem is that I paid a month and I was promised several times and I have been giving the run around by the hotel and booking about my refund none are willing to help.im seeking legal action that is stealing my hard earned money that I worked for and I left on the 3rd of July they kept my reservation open like if I stayed there I won't be back due to stealing my money

Liked: The rooms are immaculate, clean, reasonable rates. The staff there are sp kind and helpful. Ms. Esmarelda the Manager, and is Monica are very helpful and they will do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. Everything is convenient
Disliked: I can't complain the hotel was Superrrr
