Horrible
Liked: The view. Maintenance guy felipe. Refrigerator.
Disliked: The front desk staff. Older bald man demanding payment because "he didn't feel like staying til close." The security always staring was a problem starter. Like he did it to set you off. Do I even get my deposit back? I was forced out at 6:30 because he didn't want to wait til 6:40, which was when I received my deposit. I want my deposit back. Always getting attitude. Always pounding on my door for payments, acting like I didn't pay already. They show no patience but are fast to display authority of making me wait to develop a late fee. They take a break at 12, making you wait til after 1, when they feel like returning and charged me several times for their lunch breaks. I won't stay at this location again. He was a horrible man! He was only kind to old Mexican men but treated women horribly.

Didn't like the housekeepers
Liked: The tv and small kitchen n restrool
Disliked: The surrounding of housekeepers talkn bout us to other clients n never got toilet paper or clean towels or trash bags.one of my keys didn't work

Provide towels and non smoking rooms !! There was a dollar store almost across the street!
Liked: The cleaning ladies were for nice. However, the whole time I was there they never had towels. TOWELS!! How do you run a hotel without towels??
Disliked: No TOWELS!!!!! I asked and they said they were "waiting for a shipment". I NEVER received a towel during my entire stay. I had to go out a purchase a towel. Also, all the rooms are smoking rooms unless you ask for a upgraded room when I asked they said none were available. So, I had to stay in a smoking room even thu I'm NOT a smoker.
