Worst experience ever.

Liked: DON'T EVER BOOK THIS PLACE!
Disliked: The pictures don't match the rooms, you're paying here for the most expensive room in theory because they're using the pictures of the premium suites but in reality you're getting the old rooms where everything is broken, super dirty, smelly and old. There are tons of reviews talking about the rudeness of the staff but the owners or supervisors of this place won't ever do anything about it because the rude women are still here and treating everyone really bad, not doing their jobs properly, yelling at you and even lying. I don't know how the owners are comfortable keeping those ladies here since they are responsible for the bad reputation of this place, you can see that nobody here cares about the guest experience. Don't bother coming here thinking that the price is good because, as I said, you're not paying for the rooms in the pictures and if you have a problem, nobody will help you, they will be super rude instead. When I checked in, my husband was standing right next to me, he even paid for the room, I just took care of the papers and the manager was too lazy to register him at our room so he didn't get the key. He left him locked out, told him that she won't do anything to help him since he's not registered, even though she's the one not doing her job properly and yelled at him for nothing. When I went to ask for another key to the front desk lady she told me that she won't give the key because my husband is not registered in the room, I explained to her that it's not our fault but theirs because the manager doesn't even want to work properly and she told me that I was the one supposed to ask her to register him even thought he was standing right next to me and using his car to pay for the room. In what world are we supposed to tell people to do their jobs and get yelled at when they don't?

Disliked: I was not given the room I booked.The room was dirty.Towels were very poorly maintained.And in addition the manager is very rude and speaks very badly to customers.And the room has no curtain smhh
