Property is great, but will...

Liked: Property is great, but will never book through booking.com again, the room i selected was only $440 after taxes booking charged me an addition $200 making the room $600, claimed to be a “great deal” on booking and in reality i was robbed by booking stating that room was $590 when i booked another week on site instead for a total of $430 after taxes and fees. Booking.Com is a scam.

Superb

Liked: The manger is so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable, Shes awesome. The maintenance man is very polite and pleasant and the housekeepers are also lovely.
Disliked: The elevator being broken was tragic but they got it fixed and I am pleased.

Expectations for the stay met...

Disliked: I had to take my own trash outside.

Disliked: This suites is infestation of bed bugs. I was bitten badly by bed bugs. I am afraid now. Never experienced this before.Office didn't open until 4pm.

Liked: I liked the location. It was close and convenient for shopping, etc
Disliked: I didn’t like that the property misrepresented the fact that they had amenities that they DID NOT HAVE. When you visit their website to see what type of property it is and what the rooms/suites look like. You are given the impression that like most Extended Stay hotel properties, your room will include all the necessary kitchen items; pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. At least that’s what they show you on their website! However, when you walk into your room you will be surprised to see NONE of the items pictured in their misleading photos on their website.
