Mala, the Housekeeping, and they...

Liked: No hay desayuno, la ubicación está bien
Disliked: The cleaning of the rooms is terrible, in 3 weeks only one woman came once 6 changed the sheets, did not clean the floor or the bathroom, nor did she collect the garbage, it is terrible to clean the cleaning. And when I ask about the deposit they say no l9 return because I pay for a standard room, and that is not what the contract says? Gracia sa Dios, on Friday I will leave here, I will leave for another hotel.

Unprofessional Staff. Filthy Property

Liked: Location is OK
Disliked: Unhelpful and unprofessional staff. I arrived at exactly 7pm which happened to be the time front desk was closing. Was told booking AUTOMATICALLY canceled due to "no show" by 7pm. Told by receptionist "there's nothing I can do. Have to find somewhere else to stay." Had to resort to Motel 8 for the night. Returned next day to Intown and another agent found my booking. Indicated wasn't canceled and still in system. Worse service ever received in hospitality industry. Otherwise, this property is extremely filthy. Not proper for paid accommodation.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Room was substandard, tired and dirty. Corridors extremely filthy!!!! Front office staff very unprofessional and uncaring. Had to purchase an iron. None was provided. Overall, this property should not be offered for paid accommodation in its current state!

Liked: Nothing. INFESTED with ROACHES.

I felt like I was...

Liked: Very unfriendly staff, never did a staff member clean my room. I was asked to bring my dirty towels downstairs to receive clean ones. I gave two large towels and two hand towels and two face towels but the staff member said I could only get one set. This was after 5 of my 7day stay at this property. I feel the overall experience was not very pleasant or accommodating. The staff acts as if they are doing me a favor and I’m not a paying customer. I will never book a room from extended stay again.
Disliked: EVERYTHING! Friendlier staff, competent housekeepers and managers willing to help customers. The overall morale at this property was de-energizing and deplorable.
