Liked: Love having a full kitchen to use. Friendly staff and convenient location.

Bad

Liked: The price of the room weekly
Disliked: They stole my ⌚ and every day I was locked out my room I had to wait or go find security or the cleaning lady to get in the police showed up every hour

Disappointing

Liked: The front desk lady was amazing very understanding and made you feel as close to being at home as possible I believe her name was Brandy..Great job..
Disliked: but the one guy after her was not exactly polite and tends to take it upon himself to enter a womans room uninvited falsifying as maintenance when no maintenance call had ever been placed only a call stating guest would be down to pay bill after she showered.

Pleasant

Liked: Small space just enough room for me and my kids.
Disliked: Roaches and the horrible smell. No room service. No tissue and no towels. We was only there a week idk if I would go back!

Disappointing

Liked: Close to my job and nice area.
Disliked: Very very extremely noisy all day and night roaches in all the rooms ceiling fell in water leaking from the ceiling no room service dirty refrigeration it was awful but convenient for travel for work but not worth the weekly or monthly payment.

Liked: Brandy was excellent and so professional. She tried her hardest to accommodate me but the property had so many issues that it was beyond her control.
Disliked: Infestation of roaches. I moved three times. The straw that broke the camel’s back when I just fell asleep and I felt something crawling on my arm and neck. It was a roach. Mind you, the new manager Dontae tried downgrading my room after Brandy spoke to her GM to allow me to stay in a premium room for the same price due to all the issues. I went to see the new room (4th move if I stayed) and soon as I opened the door roaches were everywhere. Some were running across the bed,sofa, kitchen counter, in the tub and so on. The carpet smelled like dog urine and looked dirty. I was informed that Dontae was also informed of the condition of the room prior that it was not ready to be rented at that time but he tried to force me to stay or pay the premium room rate. OMG I felt like I was in the movie “Joe’s Apartment.” I left and had to wash everything before placing anything in my vehicle. I must say Adeola was so helpful when I expressed my concerns. He made sure I received my full refund and deposit. I truly feel that this place needs to be quarantined until they get rid of the pest. The sad thing is that they have a lot of residents that live there and have to endure this. I should have been offered more than my refund that I paid a week in advance to endure this horrible experience. It was not sanitary at all.
