InTown Suites Extended Stay Memphis TN - Hickory Hill

My stay was terrible at...

Liked: I did not like anything about the InTown Suites on Hickory Hill the staff was terrible the location was bad and the prices were too high..
Disliked: I was overcharged there were no towels they didn't come to do the housekeeping two times a week and the staff was had bad bad attitudes.The property was not clean on the outside the heater didn't work in my room I did not have towels.

Absolute joke

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Terrible place of business.
Disliked: They told my husband that the room I booked 2 months ago was not available. He drove 8 hours and was left scrambling trying to find another place to stay. They said they called in the morning to tell us the room was not available but they did not. Update, now they are trying to charge me a no show fee. HE SHOWED UP THEY WOULD NOT LET HIM IN!!!!!!!!!!!

Disliked: That I booked a room and when I got there they didn't have any rooms and was still charged for booking even though I was on time I was still left without a room

Liked: Comfortable felt like home.
Disliked: Everything was over the top awesome.
