It was like a nightmare...

Liked: The area was pretty good. It was right beside Kroger. I could walk to Kroger, and a couple restaurants close by. I rented here in an upgraded room several months ago that was 10 times better than this standard room I rented this time
Disliked: Roaches were everywhere. There was an old stained, broken, and disgusting couch in the room that looked like someone might’ve put by the dumpster and the hotel decided to bring it in. I couldn’t even cook because so many roaches. It reminded me of the apartment Eddie Murphy moved into on the movie Coming to America( before it was renovated). The cable went out late Saturday night and was still off when I left that Monday. The manager would be standing beside the phone while it’s ringing, and refuse to pick it up. My toilet got stopped up. I wonder who’s in charge of the whole company and do they have a clue how to run a hotel. If you decide to stay in one check the room first and get an upgraded room on the top floors. I had an upgraded room at this location a few months earlier and it was a night and day difference. Top floors usually have less roaches in most hotels. And perhaps use the roach fogger before moving in. I just paid a few extra bucks and got a way better hotel at the Studio 6. Horrible experience

Disliked: The General Manager and the cleanliness of the rooms very unsatisfactory

I brought my service dog...

Liked: They charged my credit card and I did not stay there. Calling my bank!
Disliked: They stole my Adidas grey and white warm up sport pants! $70

I didn’t stay a single...

Liked: I liked the Small kitchen
Disliked: Couldn’t afford stay. Mixup between card that was used via card the property had on file.
