Bad experience at this hotel

Liked: The location was fine, the staff was helpful and nice
Disliked: The junkies in the hotel, the floor of the room was dirty (my feet was dirty after walking around). I have seen the police coming to arrest someone. Neighbor very noisy; hearing them having sex, bed hitting the wall, dog barking... I couldn't sleep either because of the dog, either because of the guy shouting on the dog. During the day, the dog was barking again because he was alone the room. 1 week stay at 500$ it certainly too much. I wouldn't payed more than 300$.

Liked: They check in was simple and straight forward and the staff was great.
Disliked: My room was severely outdated. It looked like smoke for the last couple decades had stained the walls and the furniture was horrible. The worst thing about the room was the mattress. The springs in the mattress had been broken and offset inside the mattress and it wasn't even level throughout the surface. It was extremely uncomfortable.
