Great stay, would recommend!

Liked: Premium room was worth the extra when staying several weeks. The kitchen was great, and the staff very friendly.

Then they kept $50 deposits for 15 minutes late check out

Disliked: They put me in room next to stair door to smoking area and the doors slammed ALL NIGHT LONG

no housekeeper at ALL- your room only gets cleaned if you do it! Too overpriced to have to do my own cleaning

Liked: The people who were staying were pleasant
Disliked: I was given attitude and grief over my ESA dogs, they made me have their certificates faxed even though I had their paperwork and because my large one barked and growled when someone knocked on the door they declined me to extend my stay but charged me for an extra day which I wasnt allowed to stay or get refunded

Liked: I was never stay in the room I booked they have it away I was coming from out of town bus was late when me and my kids got there it was closed they said come back in the morning 10am I got there that's the hours they open my room was gone already and I booked it ahead of time then they tried to charge my card twice but I took the money off already I think they did not want my kind..
Disliked: Everything thing was bad
