Disliked: There There was never anybody in the office. Also, the room looks nothing. Like with the pictures on the website look like.

A hotel is a hotel....

Liked: The staff at this location went above and beyond, everyone was ready nd wiling to help.The room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: I was happy there, all my needs were met.

Definitely going to stay here...

Liked: Loved the full size fridge and having stove. Staff was so accommodating. I felt safe.
Disliked: I wish there were more counter space in the bathroom, but really good value.

Poor customer service

Liked: The price
Disliked: Our whole stay the room above us was getting remodel and there was banging 24/7. We asked to be switched rooms and the manager wouldn't even look into it. We kept getting locked out of our room because the door lock was messed up. It wouldn't lock half the time and the half you couldn't unlock it.

Sanitation terrible, dirty floor and...

Liked: Breakfast was not served!
Disliked: Daily clean towels and room, the entire time we were there the room wasn’t cleaned. And there were roaches in the hotel room!
