Bad
Disliked: The room was booked and confirmed already. Upon arrival there was not one employee at the lobby. I had to wait along with other clients. Once the employee shows up I was informed that I could not have the room due to no one checking out. Now I was short money also a room and the whole process was just inconvenient due to Houston getting hit by hurricane Beyrl and having a state disaster due to it. I DEMAND A REFUND.

Disliked: I made a reservation to stay at this location on March 2, 2024. I noticed that there check in time was between 11a-6p. My flight was delayed and I didnt get to Houston until 5p and still needed to grab my checked bag and grab an Uber before 6p. I called the hotel and spoke with a guy that said his name was Emmanuel and stated he was the supervisor. I was told my reservation was canceled due to no one checking out of the hotel. I asked if there was anything they could do because I flew out to Houston and was expected to have a place to stay. He told me there wasnt. I asked if I could get a confirmation email stating they canceled my reservation and was given the run around stating that it was canceled. I waited a few days and called back asking for a confirmation again that it was canceled because the payment was not returned to my account. I was told you can pick it up at 4:30p in person. I told him I wasnt paying for an Uber to get a receipt that can be emailed to me. He ended up hanging up on me and when I tried to call back no one would pick up the phone and the voicemail box was full so I couldnt leave a message. Unfortunately I would not recommend working with this hotel. Please save yourself the trouble after reading what I went through.
