Liked: The staff was amazing!

Disgusting

Liked: The room was dirty and there wasn’t any crockery or utensils to do any cooking. The kitchen cupboards were falling apart, air conditioning unit was filthy and the curtain rails were hanging off.
Disliked: No crockery for cooking even though there was a microwave, stove top and fridge?

Disliked: To much trafficking thru my hallway

Liked: Should be closed. Nobody should be subjected to hotels like this. Do not stay here. Very dangerous environment.

Liked: I received a voicemail while I was enroute via plane to the hotel that they no longer had a room for me and my reservation was canceled. I was traveling from Las Vegas,NV to Greensboro, NC with my 12 ur old Grandson to see my 84 yr old Father who was in the Hospital. So imagine how shocked I was to get to my layover to hear this msg. Not knowing where I would stay especially to my surprise knowing there was some kind of sports event that most likely caused me to lose my room. Wow money over humanity what a poor company standard, putting someone traveling that far with a child in such a situation.
