Liked: I didn’t get a chance to stay because when I checked the property out, it looked at nothing like the pictures!
Disliked: I asked for my refund back but didn’t get it. I asked Booking.com and the hotel and nobody call me back or respond back about my refund.!

Disliked: The fact that I called for 4 hours and sent and email trying to tell them I'd be needing a late check in and they didn't respond but had no problem canceling my reservation on me

Disliked: The bathroom was not good and room was not very good. The toilet was broken and the sink was broken and the tub was not cleaned properly.
