Displeased
Liked: Nothing. Staff refused to allow me to stay and disrespected my spouse's service animal. She claimed over the phone that 1 ID is needed and then told my spouse she needs a physicial ID in order to stay as a guest.
Disliked: Everything. Thumbs down.

Very disappointing.
Disliked: I booked a room with two queen beds a week in advance. When I arrived they tried to give me a room with only one queen bed. I had to cancel and find a room in another hotel. They said that the reservation came through as one bed through booking.com and there is nothing they can do because they don’t have any other rooms available. They also did not have any cots.

Horrible
Liked: The manager checked me in and she was rude and accusatory about my service animal and the documentation that I provided. There was no coffee or breakfast, no kitchen essentials were provided and the room needed remodeling. I was kicked out in two days with no refund.
Disliked: Everything except for the location.
