Disliked: The room was to small it had a smell in the room and a young lady at the desk said all the rooms are the same when I asked about an upgrade. A repair man was in the room when I arrived so they gave me a choice to stay or leave I left and had to find another hotel and I had travel very far from my home and I was tired and ended up paying a lot more money not a good trip at all

Disliked: Worst experience in my entire life. It’s a scam place. Bunch of liers and cheat. A complete money rip off. No one to assist for check in. Cancelled booking gave the room to someone else and still charged no show fee. Uncooperative manager and a very rude person. Booking.com should reconsider their association with this place.

Exceptional

Liked: I don't eat breakfast but lunch and dinner. It was pleasure to stay in this hotel ! I was satisfied to booking this room for me
Disliked: I don't have any mind

Disliked: They canceled my stay ( without me knowing) i found out when i went back the next day because it was only a 3 day stay and they only do week rental. No where did I see that when booking otherwise I would have booked elsewhere. When we arrived their was no one there and no one answered the after hours number. We had to call around at 9pm at night looking for a place to stay. Luckily the hotel across the street was very accommodating an we were able to book our 3 rooms for the 3 nights
