InTown Suites Extended Stay Chesapeake VA - I-64 Crossways Blvd

We were able to check in before check-in time, which was great, until we realized that they should have taken more time to prepare our room.

Liked: Everything worked well; it was just enough space for the two nights needed; TV; wifi.
Disliked: No toilet paper refills; no large bath towels; only one bed had a comforter; not as clean as it could have been.

They tried to make it look nice but the refrigerator didn't work, and some of the tiles fell off the sink. The blankets on the bed were new but thin; the A/C blew right in your face at night. The room numbers were taped to a brick wall. I had to take the towels to the front desk before new towels would be given; there was no maid service. There was a trash can right outside our room that was never emptied. The fire alarm went off at 7:30 one morning for no reason. From the outside it looks very nice but once you get in, it looks like a pig dressed up in lipstick.

I would stay here again if i was ever working in the area. The office staff were very nice

Liked: It was a great location and the updated room was nice. I had everything I needed and felt safe. I liked being in the ground level it was convenient after a hard days work.
Disliked: The dryers didnt work and the traffic from the highway was pretty loud. My door looked like someone had previously tried to pry it open so it didnt close at the bottom all the way.
