Disliked: 5 dollar extra fee on booking says 2 dollars carpet in halls where gross rooms where humid and ac was loud and never shut off when I had it off only there one night but could of found a 50 dollar hotel for the same experience

Liked: The staff was awesome … especially the young lady that worked after Shantel/Chantel was gone she provided more detailed services

Liked: The young lady at the front desk was very hospitable.The room was clean. A nice and quiet area. Very convenient to stores and the Chesapeake City Park for entertainment.
Disliked: Rooms are nice, but they could be a little bigger.. Laundry with no use of coins can be a hassle..

Bad experience…. Never again

Liked: Negative experience. Hotel was full and had to go to another location. Deposit was taken from acct and clerk wouldn’t refund money. Was forced to make a whole new reservation at another one of the InTown properties.
Disliked: Everything

Waste of money because of...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and the tv was a nice size for a hotel.
Disliked: Manager was rude and disrespectful.
