Liked: The location was close to work. There were fun restaurants nearby too
Disliked: The room felt damp and muggy. Our keys stopped working after the first week

Liked: The Beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was central to where we needed to be. Within walking distance to many stores, and restaurants. The price was right
Disliked: You only get 1 set of towels for 7 days. Have to take your own garbage out. The common spaces were always occupied by "long term residents" of this hotel. It almost seemed like a halfway house, and while I understand the need for places like this, they need a common area where they are not crowding the main entrance smoking cigarettes as guests are entering. The rooms are clean, just a little run down, sloppy patches on the walls, bad caulk jobs. No Coffee pot in the room, and none available to use/rent from the hotel while staying.

All in all a good...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable & a good value price-wise, Location offered good dining choices. TV viewing choices were also pretty good.
Disliked: Hot water at the kitchen sink was only a trickle at best. Supposedly was checked by maintenance but no improvement was made.

Disliked: Change out those old toilets. They are a problem.

Liked: Staff never answered or were ever available, room wasnt clean and never was corrected
Disliked: Nothing besides the idea of what it should be, because its horrible in almost every way.
