Disliked: Didn’t provide essentials like toilet paper or towels

Disliked: Very rude staff. I arrived at 6:58pm (front desk check in closes at 7), and they canceled my entire stay so I had to find a hotel and I’m so glad they canceled me because I heard that it’s disgusting in these rooms. Completely catfishing the photos .
