Disliked: Staff does not have non-smoking rooms that are cleaned correctly available

Disliked: It had roaches and wasn't clean properly and they don't give Yu new sheets

Disliked: I did not stay as the room was very loud and was not as nice as the pictures. Shabby and not a substitute for a hotel. The only positive point was the understanding office manager who cancelled my reservation.

Intentions good, but needs improvement

Liked: Once I bought cleaning supplies &cleaned it, removed safety hazards & bought shower curtain & hooks to put a proper sized curtain, it was fine UNTIL I came back my last night of my stay at 130am to find I was locked out. Again, no key, having to load at 11am, leaving my door wide open because I had no working key card! Then to figure out what to do at 130am, not fun!!!!!! Walk in the dark at that time to office to find emergency number because the paper with info in The room!!Also I had a will be towed sticker on my window first Sunday morning with no explanation & worried til Monday if a towing company would arrive & woke up to every little noise to see if I was being towed!!
Disliked: Read above, combined it all! If corporate wants to call me, & have a conversation, I would be more than happy to share my experienced knowledge in this area.
