Liked: The person in the room next to me would play music and even though I called it in it would persist. I did not get one decent nights sleep the entire time I was there.
Disliked: my neighbor.

The financial value was fair while the healthcare care standards were not.

Liked: I didnt eat at the community breakfast.
Disliked: My room was extremely infested with cockroaches! Of several types from infant to adults to different breed types under the fridge, kitchen cabinets, and I assume inner walls. A personal package of pork raw steaks and half eaten pizza was left in the freezer and fridge. The edges of the floor had dirt, dust, debris in which I assume lack of adequate vacuuming, properly housekeeping, and healthcare standards sanitation.
