Disliked: THE MATTRESS WAS WORN OUT. IT HAD A DEEP DEPRESSION THAT WAS HARD TO ROLL OUT OF.ALSO I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WASH MY OWN BATH TOWEL (DUE TO COVID !!!??? ) covid was years ago !!!! That didn't make ANY sense at all

Liked: The price was good. Not much other than that.
Disliked: The room I stayed in is not clean and very old.

Service sucks!

Disliked: My room wasn't touched for 2 weeks; all they did was make my bed; no new towels; no floor cleaned!horrible house cleaning! An the way they charge is horrible as well! I booked on line 2 weeks pryer; $270 aweek. Paid that 2wice; then went to $380! An no room service horrible! 2 light were reported out never replaced. Auburn Alabama is where! Never stay again!

Liked: I liked that there was close parking. That is all. Everything else was nasty and unprofessional. I was booked a room with a broken door, then was accused of damaging the property(the broken door). The general manager told me it wasn't a negotiation. He tried to charge me 300$ for a door I did not damage. I will be taking extraordinary measures, as this was not my doing. DO NOT book here.
Disliked: My fianc and I stayed here for 9 nights I was accused of breaking a door, however I did not cause the damage to the door. (They tried to charge me $300 for the damage I didnt do). Also, people were smoking marijuana on the property. I would not recommend staying here if you have children. I felt very uncomfortable with my children there. I wish I would have taken pictures when we first came in the room, however I did not expect them to accuse my family of damaging their property. I am very upset and unsatisfied with this establishment.
