Go literally anywhere else.

Liked: The only positive thing I can say is that the caretaker with the dreadlocks was extremely kind and helpful to us
Disliked: They cancelled my booking after I tried to speak emailing and calling multiple times about the fact I that I had family obligations so I had to check in a day late only to find that my booking was cancelled and it wasn't possible to book unless I paid a full weeks stay as if I was booking on the spot making me pay €200+ extraThe staff member at check in also showed zero compassion and denied helping me when I asked.This place was by far my biggest stress on an already stressful first visit to the US.
