Never again
Liked: The space is almost dormitory but I didn't mind that especially with a day care next door. I understand the precautions.
Disliked: I had a male maintenance member open my locked door during my stay. It startled me, but he was very apologetic and explained he thought the room wasn't occupied. I understand that mistakes happen but, this was a very uncomfortable situation. While he was there I told him how dirty and sticky the floor was in my unit. I could literally hear my shoes with each step. He assured me that someone would come and clean it the next day. That didn't happen so I decided to clean the floor myself. After cleaning the black residue off the floor with my own hands I decided to end my stay.

Felt like living in a...
Liked: I liked the location and the fact that there was a kitchen
Disliked: I had to stay here with my son for a few weeks. I didn’t move out because I had already booked it and decided to take the risk – that was a mistake. This was my first time staying at an extended stay hotel, and it was not a good experience. The room is tiny, the bed is uncomfortable and quite small, there is barely any space to move around. It felt too cramped for two people. Inside the room there is a strong chemical smell from constant pest control treatments, and the smell never goes away. I am sure it’s harmful to health. I developed a choking cough at night, though I was hardly in the room during the day.About 2-3 days after we checked in, we received a notice that they would be spraying chemicals for pests, so we had to pack all our belongings again, carry everything down to the car, and even rent a nearby storage unit to keep our things. We had just bought a lot of groceries and had to throw all the food away because we had nowhere else to store it. We also bought plastic sheets to cover the bed and furniture to protect them from the chemicals, but I’m certain the spray they use is very dangerous. The room is very small and the window is tiny and cannot be opened for ventilation. It faces the walkway where people pass by, so we had to keep the curtain closed at all times. It felt like living in a cave. We had a few plants that we placed on the window ledge, but we were immediately called and told to remove them, and as a result, our plants died.I asked for a room on a lower floor because I am alone with my child and we have a lot of luggage, but they refused, saying there was an elevator. However, the elevator was on the opposite side of the building, so we had to walk around the entire place to use it and then walk all the way back to our room on the third floor. The hallways were dirty and smelled like urine, and there were cigarette butts everywhere outside the building.

I never had the opportunity...
Liked: I booked here and my room was cancelled without an email or call. I didn't find out it was cancelled until I went in for my stay. I booked 2 weeks in advance. Before booking, I went to the property to view the rooms. They were decent and clean. But when calling I was never able to get through and speak to anyone. I had to call the 1800 number to inquire about my reservation.
