Bad

Okay but could've been better.

Liked: My stay was good, and you can tell they made some improvements to the place. The laundry room was clean and reasonably priced as well.
Disliked: During my stay, I saw a few roaches here and there, but my biggest dislike is the old curtain they are using for the window cover, which makes the room feel "dark." What I would've preferred was a window blind of sorts to be able to let light into the room. I know they use white paint to make the room "feel" bigger than it is, but the rooms need some color to them.

Disliked: It was too small. The toilet was clogged first day. It had roaches everywhere. But I made sure it was clean when I left.

Liked: The bed is very comfy and the lighting in the room is very nice , the staff seems very nice and willing to help if there is any issues that may arise.

Liked: There is no breakfast provided, also no pots or pans to eat with or any eating utensils up cook or use. I liked the place was affordable and it's in a great location. I also like that there is a kitchen, microwave, and two burner stoves inside the room. So you can save money by buying groceries.
Disliked: I didn't like how the house keeper cleaned the rooms, or that it's roaches inside the rooms. My fire alarm kept going off and the rooms are very dirty. There were no towels provided and the house keepers didn't take out the trash. Even the trash that's in the clear trash cans. There were no towels given and you only get two dingy wash clothes. That you can never change out and get more. The air conditioner filter are full of dust and need to be changed regularly.
