Disliked: It’s not safe my family and I checked out one hour after we checked it and they don’t want to give us a full refund

Disliked: While the rooms are mostly clean and big enough for two people, they often put whole familys in one, which gets very loud.Also, kitchen comes without a single fork.But the worst part is the fact, that despite me trying to reach the staff via phone, Email and message to tell them I'm going to be one day late due to an overbooked flight, they cancelled my reservation immediately, took a hefty fee and made me pay almost double what they were asking on booking.com
