Didn’t stay there

Disliked: Booked a room ahead of time, but when I arrived, at 6pm the office was closed, had to call for a manager, who told me they had no rooms available because their cleaning person didn’t come to work. It then took several days and multiple emails for them to waive the cancellation fee.
