Disliked: Bed too soft.

I will not go back……the...

Liked: It’s wasn’t really a breakfast or even a continental breakfast……packaged sweet pastries…..not good for most people. The coffee was okay.
Disliked: My handicapped Mom could barely use the toilet because it was too short and the staff said they had nothing else. The mattress on one of the beds was pretty bad- felt and sounded like an air mattress. We needed a downstairs room (as My Mom could not climb stairs) they gave us an older room in the back of the hotel and said we would have to pay more for a recently updated room. I did not find the desk staff particularly helpful - perhaps she was having a bad day - we all do.

A welcoming front office person...

Liked: We were driving and tired, and it was late. My husband went in to ask about a room and the young woman at the front office was so professional, friendly, and helpful that we probably would have been content sleeping on the floor, with smiles on our faces. That was completely unnecessary however - the rest of our stay showed that the facility and the staff were all wonderful! Thank you!

A good place to stay

Liked: Staff was friendly and professional, room was clean. Price wasn't bad. Location was ok. Close to food and casino. All in all I would stay there again.
Disliked: Toilet ran continuously, but shut door so didn't bother us. We stayed 2 nights and didn't clean our room. That's ok, but I had to go get linens from house keeping, and the lady with HK brought us some. She was great. Ohh... we booked a king ns. And got a queen ns. They did call me and I oked it unwillingly

We would stay here again.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Property was clean and comfortable. If you stay here and are looking for a good meal, try the Four Star Diner just down the street. Great food at reasonable prices.
Disliked: No complaints.
