I was unable to stay
Liked: My reservation was lost by the time I reached the hotel. It was 9 pm and raining.
Disliked: The office was non sympathetic to my situation. No help was offered finding some place to stay. I was forced to drive 2 more hours and pay hundreds of dollars more.

We are repeaters!
Liked: The staff is very nice. We have stayed here before a handful of times. It would be nice to receive an early check in but so far we have been told no. Very clean.
Disliked: There was no trash can in the bathroom but that's kinda petty. It's a good spot to rest.

Horrible service and dirty room
Disliked: When we reserved we asked for a late check in at 11pm and when we arrived we waited for about 10 min trying to get ahold of someone at the front office. When we checked in we notify them that we had 2 small dogs and the next morning she saw our dogs and got mad that we had dogs. She never charged us the fee. I told her we told her last night and marked it on the form. She still argued that we needed to come and pay more for the dogs. Said it was an undisclosed $250 fee for dogs. She did only charge me $30 when she realized I did tell them and she was wrong. The room itself was dirty and smelled. The shirts had blood stains and pee stains on them. Will never stay there again.
