I’ll stay somewhere else next...
Liked: Room was basic but adequate
Disliked: Reception is ‘open’ from 7 am to 9 pm. I arrived at 1 pm, not to check in but just to leave my bag. The premises was unattended and the manager was not contactable on his mobile. I waited about half an hour and left again, with my bag. A poor and disappointing level of customer service.

Liked: The location
Disliked: Bathroom and bed. The whole reason for the motel stay is too shower and sleep. Bathroom disppointin and bed uncomfortable

Horrible way to start the...
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact I had to have a cold shower as there was no hot water in the morning and when I complained about it I was not given any form of refund or anything

Convenient location and warm welcome
