Liked: Location was actually really handy for airport bus -yes it is a 20 minute walk into town.. but also in an extremely neat part of town itself (Cathedrals; Bombed Out Church, Bold Street)The bathroom was comfi and clean. Excellent shower.The Indian restaurant next door (a social enterprise) does excellent food the staff were kind
Disliked: Room 5 was located next to the extraction fans of the restaurant next door: they made a lot of noise As did the heat pump / aircondition. Coupled to the noise was the stink of Garlic the whole day. Unfortunately, I could not be moved.The kitchen storage simply isn't enough for all customers. Only two small fridges... I didn't like the green light that was on all night, lighting up the room.There were large cages to store your stuff but in order to get into them you literally had to lift your bed...

Liked: We stayed in room 23.. Triple with private bathroom.. The double bed was very comfy the single less so.. Kitchen facilities good with a good space also lounge fab for those wanting to use it! First time in a hostel and probably won't be the last! All staff we saw were friendly and professional.
Disliked: Pillows could do with renewing, room very warm, a small fan was provided probably could do with a larger one

Disliked: Bed is a bit uncomfortable, but for £78 for two in a private twin room it’s churlish to main!
