Okay for a night on...

Liked: Apart from the reception area which was modern and clean there was nothing else to really like.
Disliked: Old, dated rooms with springy flat mattresses. Old bathroom with missing tiles.Very overpriced for what it is. Paid £85 with breakfast however I would never stay here again.

Exceptional Service !!!

Liked: The reception staff were exceptionally kind. We had experienced some challenges the week before and were on route home to North Wales .The young lady upgraded our room and made our stay so much better. To add to the package, there is a superb Fusion restaurant attached to the hotel, which provides some truly amazing food .
Disliked: Only downside was over enthusiastic decorator who began work at around 6:00 below our window .
