Exceptional

Liked: Nice friendly staff
Disliked: Arrived Saturday evening just before 6pm told kitchen closed so no food available and then on leaving this morning looking forward to breakfast to be told there wasn't any

Basic accommodation with matching price.

Liked: Very helpful staff. Issues dealt with quickly.
Disliked: Mattress could do with replacing. Lift not working.Front door and fire door still open at 11.45pm with noise from people sat on steps travelling straight up to room.

Unexpected stay, but good

Liked: The reception staff are very helpful, a young lady called patrisha was patience and helped me with any issue/questions i had.
Disliked: Its not so much didnt like, seemed like a few repairs or renovation where going on. (Light flickering in the hallway, lift broke, small things in the hallways) but when i woke up on the morning they where working on repairs so cant really fault them with that.

Liked: Location is great and there is free parking
Disliked: Front desk should be man 24hrs daily
