Liked: Location, service, room, breakfast, pool. All really good.
Disliked: Booked through Booking.com, paid for 2 adults with 2 kids, Breakfast Included. Yet when arrived downstairs for breakfast advised that breakfast for the kids was NOT included. Had to pay extra. Looked back through the Booking Itenary, there’s nothing to suggest kids breakfast was not included. Simply 2 adults, 2 kids , breakfast included. Perhaps not the hotel at fault, perhaps misleading from either Booking.com or hotel or both. An extra $24 per child per breakfast. Wasn’t sure what to do, so they ultimately offered 2 kids for price of 1. Perhaps that was fair. Perhaps we were overcharged. Nothing in the booking that I can find to suggest kids would be excluded, and why would they? Otherwise we did have a beautiful breakfast. But would the hotel/ booking.com shed any light on this? . Was advised by staff member that this wasn’t the first time this has happened. So it’s not a good look. Cheers for a great stay otherwise.

Nice but would not pay...

Liked: The pool and gym area was great. Perfect for kids and just feels like luxury.Breakfast buffet was yum and staff super helpful.Hotel Staff were super friendly and helpful.A birthday surprise was brought up during our stay.We called and staff organised earlier check in of an hour.Beds super comfy.
Disliked: The price we paid was too much in my eyes. This did not include parking.Coffee machine didn’t work. I could not connect to the wifi.Only has sky tv not smart tv like other hotels usually have
