Lovely Warsaw view in comfortable...

Liked: Lovey comfortable bed , with choice of pillow type & firmness delivered quickly to door on request. Spacious bathroom with seperate shower & bath. Nice view great being on a high floor. Great location to train station
Disliked: Booked high floor castle view, although could see castle had to lean against window or sit on window sill to enjoy the view. As it was Bithday for husband I had been hoping the extra expense at booking for castle view would have ment I could lie in bed looking at the castle but would need bed on other side! Pool visit and view an added bonus but goodness an accident waiting to happen with excessively a slippery floor. Perhaps time with towels and mop during busy time or some non slip mats.

Disliked: Breakfast - low choice, no eggs selection but omelette. The restaurant is in the conference room so there is kind of office vibe in there. The most famous pool in Warsaw desperately needs renovation.

Excelling hotel but be carful...

Liked: All was good except the incident below
Disliked: An incident happene to us: We went for shopping and left the luggage locked but when we came back we were surprised to noticed that one of our luggage was open, we informed the reception and they investigated the case and confirmed that the only people enterd the room were the housekeeping!! but when they asked them they denied Hence be carful. In my openinion the hotel shouldve taken serios action against them to avoid such unaccepted behaviour

Liked: Fantastic view from the window, very comfortable large bed, delicious drinks and snacks at the bar, large selection of dishes for breakfast.
Disliked: The waiters serving at breakfast were a bit chaotic and not quite befitting a 5-star hotel.
