One night stay in Warsaw...

Liked: Spacious room with a comfortable bed, stunning views, and an excellent location. The soundproofing was good, and I really appreciated the high-quality bathroom cosmetics, as well as the cocoa and coffee provided.
Disliked: The spa area is quite small and often overcrowded. In fact, it doesn’t really feel like a proper spa—more like a scenic spot with a pool and a jacuzzi.

Not what I expected from...

Liked: The cleanness and breakfast are outstanding. Staff is really helpful.
Disliked: I am extremely disappointed with how it turned out. I have stayed in this property with my fiancee in January for her birthday, and the experience was unforgettable.Although this time, it wasn't. I specified a request to allocate us in a high floor. They replied they accepted my request and will provide us with what we asked for.I planned the whole evening / night with a theater and a restaurant. We managed to arrive to the hotel with 15 mins left for the booking so we planned to check-in quickly, drop the bags and go to our date.To our surprise, the room was WAY smaller and average than the previous one, even though both were same category (Premium King Room) and it was on one of the lower floors (Floor 9 from 45...) facing a building with no views whatsoever.I didn't have time to complain due to the schedule, when we came back to the hotel around midnight it was too late to do any changes.It negatively affected the experience and left us quite disappointed.
