Giliane, visiting Lee's Palace Toronto Mon, 7 April 2014

The perfectly tailored, clean cut, handsome, French accented concierges who, unlike most Canadians, consistently pronounced my name correctly made this hotel experience well worth the cost. I immediately took note of the pristine condition of the entire hotel. I felt comfortable and at home. Great location, beautiful view, amenities as far as the eye can see! You will enjoy your stay here :)

Could have been better. Disappointed...

Liked: Breakfast - not applicable as it was not included in the room rate. I liked the cleanliness of the room
Disliked: No breakfast included in the room rate. Everything was chargeable. If I compare Holiday Inn to you, they have a kettle and coffee - free.

Great location

Liked: There was a window that opened for fresh air. The heat fan was not too noisy. Great location across from the ROM and near the subway.
Disliked: I wish they offered a morning newspaper.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: Conveniently located to many attractions, along with a shoppers and a mcdonald?s on both sides if you?re in a pinch. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was an error regarding our payment in their system, they apologized and handled it very professionally. The included breakfast is very good and the restaurant is gorgeous.
Disliked: The fitness room is lacking when you compare it to the rest of the hotel. Barely any machines, and only half of those actually work properly. The pool is very very small, and when we went for a swim the water was freezing cold. Considering how nice of a hotel this is, I expected more from the pool and the fitness centre.

Good

Liked: The room overall was up to date.
Disliked: The bed was a little too hard. The bedsheet was ripped/torn. The shower could use more pressure and waterflow.
