Giliane, visiting Lee's Palace Toronto Mon, 7 April 2014

The perfectly tailored, clean cut, handsome, French accented concierges who, unlike most Canadians, consistently pronounced my name correctly made this hotel experience well worth the cost. I immediately took note of the pristine condition of the entire hotel. I felt comfortable and at home. Great location, beautiful view, amenities as far as the eye can see! You will enjoy your stay here :)

Mass amount of class.

Liked: Very classy and regal feeling without be too pretentious or stuffy.
Disliked: Not a major issue and most likely one and only a handful of others will have. I felt the hotel could be a bit more technically convenient. Examples would be the tv needs a phone casting option and there should be a way to order service like extra towels etc through your mobile or through the tv itself.

Can?t wait to return!

Liked: The croissants were to die for and I was so pleased with how clean the room was. Even the coffee maker was sparkling clean!
Disliked: Brighter lighting in the room maybe? But that?s just being really picky.
