Liked: It was a lovely room and very modern.
Disliked: The heating system was very loud and cranky when turning on and off.

Really pleased with our stay,...

Liked: Staff on check in were extremely helpful. We requested an early check in and late check out which were both given (for a small fee, which we found acceptable). Hotel room was a fantastic size and very clean. The location of the hotel was superb with easy access to CN tower, Rogers Centre and train station.
Disliked: The bedroom and spa were clean but these areas could do with a little bit of modernising and updating as were looking a little tired and old fashioned. A water cooler would have been useful in the spa...although bottled water was given free on request.
