Overpriced

Disliked: The room was way overpriced .I paid over 700$ for a room . Not a suite , but a simple room with a king size bed and chair . No view . I was there for a convention May 3rd .Why was it so expensive? I have stayed there on several occasions and the most I’ve ever paid was the $300 range.
