Really good and we'll be...

Liked: Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms looked good. The building is gorgeous and the downstairs bar/seating area is beautiful. Loved the early arrival lounge with the great view and refreshments.
Disliked: Not a lot. When we arrived, we went straight up to the early arrivals lounge but there were no toilets. The lounge toilets were being renovated and the gym/spa toilets were locked, so we had to go back down in the lifts in search. Not a big deal.
