Excellent stay in a clean,...

Liked: A grand building, beautifully renovated blending the old and the new. The room allocated was on the 30th floor, with great views of the Botanical Gardens and although not facing the Harbour Bridge or the Opera House, we had partial views of the harbour. Breakfast was also excellent, and very good value given the wide variety of hot and cold food, with melt-in-the-mouth pastries, cheeses and jams.
Disliked: Menu of the in-house restaurant/bar was rather exclusive and expensive for our liking. The snack dishes were not as varied as one would expect. Nevertheless, great ambience to have a drink

Best Harbour and Botanical garden...

Liked: Attention to detail, customer service ... I had surgery and stayed for a week, and I don't think there was a single day when guest services didn't send up a little treat. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Add to that the divine botanical gardens and harbour, and I'd have to say, I wouldn't stay at any other hotel.
Disliked: Nothing! They go out of their way to always provide services at a very high standard
