Great location and great staff....

Liked: The management were excellent, arranging an emergency medical appointment when my wife took ill. The manager then checked on her welfare twice a day for the following four days of our stay.
Disliked: More hard copy information instead of relying on the TV for that.

Liked: Staff were lovely, location was great
Disliked: Clear signs of the hotel being worn out, the wall paper in the room was coming off and the bath in the bathroom was stained quite badly.

Liked: Valet parking was great
Disliked: Room was dirty, there were splatters on the edge of the bed and curtains. View was obstructed by a crane. The bar downstairs had no menus and we had to wait for table service.

Good location but disappointing room

Disliked: Room was very noisy building works and next to a service function, room was not very clean and the hallways smell damp
