Disliked: Clunky decor with cheap fittings and shoddy construction. Really bad interior design. Horrendous carpets. It was this design factor of dramatically lowered the experience.

Liked: The staff are outstanding, they gave my children toy teddies and myself champagne in arrival which they loved. I’ve stayed at the hotel many times and felt the facilities were tired (pool area and the room itself needed some attention/maintenance). I loved the buffet breakfast, it had options id never seen before like the juicing station and the herb gardens.
