Disliked: Few hiccups at breakfast in Club lounge - wrong order one day, next day cooked food took too long to come out. Staff were very apologetic

Disliked: The bars closed too early. We attended a concert and would have loved a drink when we returned to the hotel, but everything was closed.

Liked: It was nice how attentive the staff were. I’d stay again just because they made everything easy - from opening doors to helping me with my bags. It is freshly renovated so everything wasn’t tired or worn. Loved the experience of first entering the room as well. It’s all in the little things
Disliked: Nit pick, there was no bottle opener in the room aha Maybe a normal laundromat would be nice as the laundry service is expensive.
