Liked: Staff were very responsive. We felt there was a team work and staff were cooperating with each other to serve the need of the patrons. Staff were initiative and helpful from the kitchen to room service and concierge.

Disliked: The room that they booked me into was very small, windows locked and looking onto the pool- couldn’t open windows because of noise- agreed to change room with a surcharge which was unacceptable. Am a members of the group and often stay at intercontinental which are very good- which was disappointing
