Liked: nice vibe, newly renovated. swimming pool os the highlight.
Disliked: the breakfast is just so so. for a five star rating hotel, it is a bit disappointed. not only the quality but also the attitude of thewaiters/waitress. i can tell that they are either too tired or unhappy of their job. they are all look grumpy.the pillows of the hotel room is terrible. very hard.

Disliked: What gave me the shits was getting a email after my last 2 stays within a month and seeing you were offering other guests $100 bonus a night to spend at the venue. I’m a loyal customer who stays with you everytime I’m in the area and I didn’t receive these bonuses Not happy at all

Liked: The spa but you don’t have to stay at the hotel to visit the spa. The hotel lobby entrance is nice.
Disliked: Definitely NOT a 5 star luxurious experience. The worst mini bar I have ever seen, bedside tables nailed to walls and so far away from bed, you can’t turn the bedside light on. One pub restaurant open with a limited menu for dinner because they were too busy. Lift not working. The luxurious artwork in the room was a photo of a disengaged teenager ( who you can see from the bed). Not worth $500 a night.

Staff are friendly but somewhat...
Disliked: Once we got there, our stay wasn't too bad but getting to this point was quite an ordeal. Stuff was neither friendly nor helpful in the reservation process and seemed to have no idea on how to use their own systems. Inflexible with any changes requested - booking.com on the other hand really tried to assist.
