Exceptional

Liked: The lights over the lagoon at night create an amazing affect on the water. Very beautiful.
Disliked: we didnt stay long enough to have a swim.... Was the pool heated?? We werent told.

Disappointed that property didn’t live...

Liked: Breakfast staff and venue was great.
Disliked: Hard to get information, QR code didn’t work. TV difficult to use, seemed understaffed, particularly Verandah, gave up waiting for lunch after a 5o minute wait and no one else in restaurant. Difficult to get to and from golf course. Concierge didn’t answer phone and had to carry luggage to car.

Somewhere that felt a little...

Liked: The drive into the area was exciting, it felt very fancy! The main building itself was something to behold.
Disliked: Parking felt like we were at a theme park.
