Lovely place for a weekend...

Liked: Nice, central location. Close to everything. Clean, modern and well appointed. Staff were friendly and very attentive.
Disliked: Had a Nespresso machine and kettle but no milk machine but not really an issue as there’s dozens of coffee places within a few minutes walk

Liked: Centrally located
Disliked: Fire alarm went off for over an hour at 1am in the morning which was a false alarm. Disturbed our sleep with no compensation

Liked: Room is clean & spacious Restaurant & staff fantastic
Disliked: Lights- turn off 'master" switch but light above table comes on. Rang reception. Didn't know there was a separate light switch behind curtain just for light above table.

Disliked: Staff attitude. Everything you ask, they talked about charges. Not hospitality. Makes you feel like you are staying at a budget.

Liked: Staff were lovely and helpful and gave me a 2pm check out when I asked for a late check out
Disliked: The magnifying mirror in the bathroom is so low i had to bend my knees to be able to use it

Lovely classy hotel

Liked: Staff greatRoom spacious and beautiful Bed comfortable but could have a range of pillows, soft firm, medium. Good location
Disliked: Pillow selection could have been broader
