Just disappointing

Disliked: Very disappointing stay at InterContinental Paris Le Grand. The staff removed our belongings from the bed and then claimed they were lost completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. On top of that, the room was not clean and extremely noisy: we could hear neighbors fighting and even the subway running underneath. For the price and prestige of this hotel, the experience was far below expectations. Strongly do not recommend.
