Staff needs some training; good technology but needs personal relation training.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: We arrived at 2:40pm, check in at 3:00pm. Told we had to wait. OK. We went to the lounge. No one waited on us. Bartender and waiter were talking and fooling around. We went to the bar and placed an order. No one brought us our order. In the meantime another patron became angry with the bartender because she was inattentive. At 3:00pm we were called for our room. We never did get our order. We brought things with us that needed to be refrigerated so we took out the contents. The day we were checking out they knocked on our door and said we used all contents of the refrigerator. We asked them to come in and check it out. We had used nothing. We went to check out. There were only two people at the desk and the line was to the outside door. I finally checked my bill and all the charges were still on for the refrigerator even though the person who checked said it would be removed immediately. It finally was removed but if I had not asked to see the bill I would have been charged an extra $300. We were thinking of staying in an Intercontinental Hotel when we go to Barcelona however after the way we were treated and the inefficiency we experienced that will not be happening.

What can I say - great location; great hotel; clean; staff very personable and extremely helpful; would definitely recommend to others.

Need more mirrors in bedroom. Fabulous place to stay. Thank you.

Disliked: They would not credit my stay in my membership. The location is extremely noisy. Around hotel is dirty and chaotic

Liked: The location is great, most of the staff are good and friendly
Disliked: I have requested a room in higher floor , however they gave me in floor 6 they said based on the amount I have paid, and when I booked through booking it is not written that the floor is restricted.

Great hotel in an ideal...

Liked: Ideal location and Nicely appointed rooms, very comfortable beds. Staff were all very helpful. Special thanks to the concierge JC for recommending a great restaurant in Gatsbys Landing, ideal for our grandkids and us. Also had great service in the hotel bar.
Disliked: Unfortunately we couldn’t get two rooms close together but that was only a minor inconvenience

Comfortable and lovely property

Liked: Beautiful property with friendly staff in a great location.
Disliked: It’s a little pricey. It would’ve been great to have a mini fridge instead of a mini bar. I had no way to keep drinks and food cold.

Liked: it looks nice and the bed was so comfortable the room is nice too
Disliked: the staff was soooooo rude and mean they didnt help in anything at all especially the lobby/receptionthey were so rude and we reached in the early morning we couldn’t find a room so we had to wait for 6 hours i know its not there fault but when we tried to get early check in they were treating us like it was our fault to come early, then we left the bags in the hotel and went to eat something i came back to the hotel before the check in because my phone died i asked them to bring my bag to take the charger then he told me im not going to bring your things every time this is the last time so take whatever you need from your bag and go this all was in the first day so it was a bad experience and i will never go back to the same hotel.
